LAVAUK was founded by a small team of designers and craftspeople who shared a deep love for natural materials. We were frustrated by a market full of mass-produced décor that looked beautiful in the shop and ordinary at home.
We started working with skilled artisans to source the finest marble, solid acacia and mango wood, and develop our own epoxy resin blends in colours that feel drawn from nature — gold, obsidian, deep navy, teal, and pearl.

Every slab of marble and timber is hand-selected for grain, colour, and character before anything is cut.
Skilled artisans shape each piece by hand. Bowls are turned on a lathe; boards are live-edge cut to preserve the wood's natural outline.
Our epoxy blends are poured by hand into routed channels, then left to cure for 48 hours before sanding flush with the surface.
Each piece is sanded through multiple grits, oiled or sealed, and inspected before packing. Every one leaves carrying our name.
